"mutuamente" comes from Spanish and translates as "mutual," "reciprocal" or "bilateral." This is what I'm all about: Conflicts often arise because the parties involved don't accurately know and understand each other's perspectives. Using various communication theory tools tailored to each individual situation, I open up opportunities for the parties involved to perceive different viewpoints. The central concern here is to fully understand disputed areas and their different facets. Only then can we examine and develop possible solutions for conflicts. This happens through clarity in communication.
